Description:

Setup accounts – Average 80 accounts per month
1.Check the sales campaign, create live listing
2.Create Listings – Edit front and backend information (Logo / Description / url / email etc)
3.Send customer service welcome email
4.Welcome call (TBC)

Customer Service
1.Calls Inbound & Outbound
2.Emails In and Outbound
3. Sales Support

Account investigation
1. Problems with own accounts, merges.
2. Quick reference to product knowledge and IT support.
3. Quality control on paperwork and backoffice/front.
4. Daily/monthly/quarterly/yearly sales figures. League table for sales rep
5. Manage live accounts

Financials
1. Manage flow of accounts during 12 month. Billing changes etc
2. Failed DD’s and Cancellations
3. Have daily 1-1’s with the sales rep with updates as to the status during cancellations and Failed DD
4. Retention – If sales failed to save passed to CS to retain.
5. To send all emails and written letters with regards the stage each account is currently at.
6. Process cancelled/failed DD’s accounts to “First Credit” and update invoice spreadsheet.
